I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate (LCSW-A) with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boise State University.
I’ve spent much of my adolescent and adult life in the social services field, working with a wide variety of people and experiences. Over the years, I’ve found my true passion in helping clients work through trauma and reconnect with their sense of self.
I’m trained in EMDR, a powerful approach that helps people heal from past experiences that continue to affect them today. I also love weaving in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps us understand and care for the different “parts” of ourselves.
Together, these methods allow me to adapt therapy to what feels most meaningful and effective for you. In our work together, I love blending EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you reconnect with your calm, curious, and compassionate Self. These approaches work beautifully together to release old pain and make space for clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
At the heart of my work is a simple goal: to create a space where you feel seen, valued, and supported as you explore what brings you meaning, connection, and a deeper sense of self.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. My approach to counseling is rooted in compassion and collaboration, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and valued.
I believe healing happens in spaces where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. My approach is person-centered and integrative, honoring your unique experiences while working collaboratively to identify strengths and meaningful goals—especially for those navigating complex trauma.
I integrate cognitive, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to help explore patterns shaped by trauma that may be impacting well-being, while supporting greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and balance. I value the connection between mind and body and incorporate body-centered practices to promote insight, nervous system regulation, and holistic healing.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve as the Intern Coordinator at Zen Counseling, supporting counselor interns through onboarding, training support, and systems organization. My focus is on creating clarity, structure, and encouragement so emerging clinicians feel supported as they grow in their professional identity.
Outside of counseling, I’m a fur mom to four fur babies and enjoy working with pottery as a grounding creative outlet.
I look forward to being part of your journey.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Financial Social Worker with specialties in mental health, substance use, parenting and financial stress.
I have an undergraduate degree in social work from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I received a Master's degree in social work from the University of New England (Maine).
I have developed my skills over the past 13 years by working with various populations including dual diagnosed clients, child protective services, community mental health, and parents navigating the court system.
Some of the areas that I practice include anxiety, depression, life transitions, marriage and family issues, trauma and PTSD, coparenting and financial stressors. I use an integrated approach while using a variety of counseling theories and methods including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR and Solution-Focused Therapy.
My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe place and situation to process and grow into the person you desire to become. I am here for support and guidance but you are the one in charge of your journey.
