Couples Intensive Therapy is a private, accelerated format designed to help couples address entrenched relational patterns, rebuild emotional connection, and gain clarity in a compressed timeframe. Assessment & Understanding
The intensive begins with a thorough exploration of the relationship, including joint discussion, individual perspectives, relational history, and communication patterns. This phase focuses on identifying core interaction cycles and clarifying what is keeping the couple stuck.
Repair, Communication, & Emotional Reconnection

Integration & Forward Planning (Optional)

Couples Intensives are most often scheduled Friday through Sunday to accommodate professional and family commitments.
